A new modern lake house on the south edge of a lake in Northern Indiana. The previous house had a porch overlooking the lake and this house provides a larger version where the inhabitants can hear the rain on a “tin” roof. The open concept draws all to the lake from all living areas. The house was intended to be a major remodel to preserve the septic system, but the original house was beyond repair and was fully demolished and replaced with new. There were several small storage sheds on the property which we consolidated into a lower level storage “garage” complete with a garage door, making for a much cleaner looking property. This was our first house using Nichiha panels and we are thrilled with the results!
