This is a new day spa buildout in the retail center building we designed three years earlier. Amenities include the area’s first Himalayan Salt Room, a manicure/pedicure area, and treatment rooms. The construction involved a new office mezzanine over toilet rooms and a changing room with a shower. Light fixtures selected by the owner’s interior designer were incorporated in to our permit documents.
