A new office building for Ameriprise Financial Planners Erik Brenner and Bruce McCourt. The project includes offices for staff, a welcoming lobby, vaulted conference rooms, and site layout that expresses their corner location. Completed in July 2009.

We served as a consulting architect to Goss Pasma Architects/GP Interiors, architect of record. CJW Engineers brought the project to the team. Initially the church wanted to provide air conditioning to the sanctuary. As needs were assessed other renovations were planned.
An addition will be constructed in phase two which will feature classrooms and offices, the latter which are maintained in a former parsonage until phase two completion.

Evanston Athletic Club • Evanston, Illinois

Project done as a consultant to The Goss Group LLC, Evanston, Illinois. The project involved the renovation of all four levels of the health club including day care area and renovating the retail area.

| Additions and Renovations; Walsh Construction of Indiana; La Porte, Indiana
Walsh Construction of Indiana experienced rapid growth in their short time in Indiana. Jeff Dunifon, owner, explored the options of renovating or building new, and decided to pursue adding onto and fully renovating their existing facility.

Family Guesthouse for the SHARE Foundation; Rolling Prairie, Indiana
The Share Foundation assists other-abled individuals build self-esteem by helping them with life skills, occupation training, and camraderie. This facility will allow them and their families to an introduction to what Share has to offer.
