Professional Licenses and Organizations Timothy Berneche became a licensed architect in the State of Indiana in 1994.  In 1995 he received his NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) certification, allowing license reciprocity in other states.  In 2003 he acquired his license for the State of Michigan. Tim was a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) 2002-2004. We belong to the Glen Ellyn Chanber of Commerce, and the GOA Regional Chamber. Tim is currently a member of the Associstion of Licensed Architects (ALA) We have a business membership to the Glen Ellyn Historical Society.
