Welcome to the web site for Berneche2 Architecture. We are a husband-wife team of architectural designers who pride ourselves on being good listeners to provide solutions and designs that best work for your lifestyle and budget.
Formerly located in Chesterton Indiana 1993-2004, we now practice in Glen Ellyn, Illinois in the Chicago west suburbs, full time as of February 5, 2006. Review our site to see the broad variety of project types in which we have been involved.

We will strive to employ all of our resources into designing solutions that best meet the needs of each client cognitive of their short and long term uses. The root of our business is problem solving, which holistically includes client use, structure, systems integration, budget, time, aesthetics, code compliance, and environmental issues among others.We help our clients identify and prioritize project specific goals.
We take pride in being very detail oriented.We study the project at all scales, and consider how each detail contributes to the overall concept.We endeavor to be proactive to reduce the need to be reactive.

Professional Licenses and Organizations
Timothy Berneche became a licensed architect in the State of Indiana in 1994. In 1995 he received hisNCARB(National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) certification, allowing license reciprocity in other states. In 2003 he acquired his license for the State of Michigan.
He was a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) 2002-2004.
Berneche² Architecture, p.c. is a licensed professional design firm and professional services corporation with the State of Illinois, license number 184.0005544.
